Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS/CHANGES
You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows, cancellations, or last minute changes to your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
TARDINESS
If you are 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged an additional $15 fee. 15 mins + late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged a 50% no show fee.
RESCHEDULES
Reschedules must be made within 24 hours of appointment to avoid additional fees.
If you need to change your appointment time, and you paid a booking fee, it will roll over to the new scheduled time.
No Refunds. No exceptions.
